Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Parichaya Foods, our products are crafted with love to help you eat healthy—naturally and conveniently! We hope you enjoy every purchase, but if you have any concerns, we’re here to help.
1. Order Concerns or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or there’s any issue with the product:
- • Please email us at parichayafoods@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- • Include your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged product.
- • We’ll review your concern and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
2. General Concerns or Feedback
For any other purchase-related concerns:
- • Email us at parichayafoods@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- • Include your Order ID and your concern in detail—we’re always happy to help.
3. Cancellation Policy
- • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Please email us at the earliest to ensure timely cancellation.
- • After Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
4. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- • Let us know at parichayafoods@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
Notes
- • We do not offer refunds or returns for opened or used products, due to the nature of food items.
- • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after our team has reviewed and approved the request.
- • For COD orders refused at delivery after dispatch, reshipping or future orders may require prepayment.
