This is an “Electronic Record” under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related amendments. No physical or electronic signature is required to validate this Agreement. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and Parichaya Foods, establishing their rights and obligations in relation to the Platform and the services offered.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

• Account: The user account created by you on the Platform to access Services.
• Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, order confirmations, and payment instructions you agree to.
• Applicable Laws: All statutes, rules, regulations, notifications, orders, and other legal requirements applicable to your use of the Platform.

• Services: The online marketplace services offered by the Company that connect home chefs with users seeking home-cooked meals.

2. Account Registration and Use

• To access our Services, you may need to register and create an Account on the Platform, providing accurate and complete information.
• We may verify your identity through verification steps such as OTP (One-Time Password).
• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Usernames must not infringe on another’s rights or be offensive.

3. Placing Orders

• Contracts for the purchase of food services are between you and the Company. You agree that all information provided at the time of ordering is accurate and that you have sufficient funds for payment.
• Orders are for personal use only.
• Order confirmations will be sent via email or SMS. You must notify us immediately of any errors.
• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Payments must be made using supported payment gateways before delivery.
